Customer servce is top notch! As expected. Super satisfied with the product. Very satisfying outcome.
Each support point spans two rafters. Holds plenty of weight and looks nice too. Powder coating is smooth even across all parts and pieces.
This 4 x 8 ceiling rack efficiently utilizes unused space, freeing up the floor and optimizing storage capacity. My truss joists werent always even or even facing in the same direction.
No more going up into the attic to get things or to put them back in storage. We love that the height is adjustable. Definitely recommend for reclaiming that wasted space. Take time to ensure full range clearance if installing over garage door.
Cons

This company is completely unreasonable and will make you pay for outgoing/return shipping if this product doesn’t fit your need. After about 5 to 6 days, i finally rec'd a call and they did send the hardware packet. Deceptive pics in advertising.

I wanted the racks to be located where they would best serve my use in the garage but also i wanted to make sure that the location of any supports would not interfere with some other loads i have in my attic space

However home depot had the angles that i needed 114 x 114 x 3 feet long but of course those supports were only zinc coated and did not have the nice white bakedon enamel finish

I had missed the instructional tip on page 1 item 2 that said to avoid alignment issues when installing the center support later place the remaining two bolts in the center holes
