Pros
Works great for valves under repair. My only real critique of this oil is that i am not a huge fan of the applicator.
Hetmans is pricey so i tried monster. Just be certain to keep a good quality spit/oil drip rag available.
Cons
Too heavy of a solvent smell for my liking. My valves become incredibly sluggish with this oil.

Without wiping off any of the other brand synthetic oil i used monster and the valves worked better than ever

Ive recently been using monster oil in my used flugelhorn in a really cold room

Even in the cold room it loosened up all my valves until they are all moving smoothly up and down

These are kinda unusual conditions too because of the cold room but i also dont think that ill have to keep using the monster oil every time that i play my flugelhorn

After being dropped off a stage at a gig in the 90s the third valve had to be reformed and had previously not worked the same since you had to apply pressure from a certain direction so the valve wouldnt stick
