These authors have me completely captivated. I'm a old 688 class bubble head and this book caught and held my attention. To the a very good read.

Nonstop action and amazing technology. Best ever for accuracy of details. Most of it is believable. All too real, well researched.

Ideologies, societal ideals, weapon technology, and norms are all up for debate and manipulation in this series. There is a bit of a sci-fi feel to one of the sub plots.

Too pedantically pc for my tastes. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful.

The entire plot is based on this ineptitude and its results. It's not just cardboard characters and other writing issues, at times the authors can't even pen a simple sentence. It is painful to read their ineptitude.
