It was my own mistake that didnt noticed that this cable is directional so when i plugged it in wrong no signal

First this is a directional hdmi cable meaning it absolutely matters which end is plugged into which device

I would have given it a 5 star rating but amazons customer service really dropped the ball and so make the return process quite arduous
