Pros

The macro lens uses software to perform focus stacking. It's my first and only macro lens and i'm very much a novice yet, but i love it.

The lens has a fixed depth of field. For best overall sharpness, try to get the subject in one plane about an inch from lens.

Moment's macro lenses are very light and portable. The ability to securely fasten the lenses onto my phone was actually a selling point. If you buy the $7 app it helps your lenses focus and make your photography even better.

The lens snaps onto the case and offers a stable and secure hold. I love how easy it snaps onto my moment case, and how detailed the videos/pictures are.

All in all… this is decent. The results are fantastic! Moment is the lens for you. Pretty full proof setup.

Quality

I’ve used this lens and case for over a year and they’ve been excellent

High quality very close up free of distortion

The focal plane of this lens is really thin so expect to take multiple shots to ensure you get the best one if youre shooting handheld

Forget those clipon lenses those wont stay in place and pics quality is so so

Price

I go the case on sale for 10 and it is all well worth the money

So if you can’t afford an actual camera and a 5001000 macro lens this might be for you

Do yourself a favor save some money if youre planning in buying a cheaper one a get this lens

Maybe a little on the expensive side for its limitations

Packaging/appearance

It appears they do sell open box stuff on their website so i’m wondering if some made it into the amazon stock

The only negative i can take away is it appears some of these may be refurbished each lens came in a brand new box however the ...  Read More

The infocus part of the photo is crispy and the bokeh is gorgeous

Competitiveness

I found another similarly priced brand that makes a larger macro lens with a bigger focal area and offers a universal clipon mo...  Read More
