They snap together tightly and look just like the ones you had in high school chemistry. Bit stiff, but fast delivery. I think they will get easier over time or i will get sick of it and lubricate it.
Good for overloading young children with science. If you are a visual learner, this is an excellent source for organic chemistry. Our local schools use gum drops and toothpick.

Most of the element balls have the molymod logo on them good but be aware there are 526 black c14 white h 7 red o 6 green halogens 3 blue n 4 beige 8 grey 2 purple 2 yellow not the 100 or so shown in the imagei guess thats what amazon means by the fine print below the image image is representative of the product familythe product has the upc shown the description is okthere is a set on amazon with nearly twice the elements for under 16 but its not molymod and there is no booklet but the parts are interchangeable as far as i can tellmy advice buy one of each or two of the 16 ones w free shipping although the 16 ones are backordered for a few weeks i bought the last 2 avail
