Pros & Cons
Pros
Moleskine journals are easily the best available. The creamy paper color is the perfect backdrop to your written thoughts. The ink does not bleed on to the next page, even when using inky pens, so the quality is still there despite the thinner pages. ... Read More
It has a flap insert in back for whatever, i show it with a bookmark slightly sticking out for perspective. Cahiers have rear diagonal folder pocket and more plastic feel. Classic has elastic bookmark & thicker (fake) leather-feel covers.
Size is also great for sketching larger. Free thinkers need our dots. I hope they never stop making the xxl dotted.
Cons
It's rough and awful to write on for someone who is expecting the normal lush smoothness that moleskine is known for. The paper weight is not comparable, very thin and wrinkles. It's not smooth at all.
