Pros & Cons
Pros
Moleskine sketchbook is one of the best sketchbooks i've ever used. Comes with a watercolor paper version for those who want to sketch with watercolor. Great for online painting and graphic type classes.
Ink looks amazing in this sketchbook. I usually store extra printer paper or a piece of cardboard so when i'm working with markers, the ink won't bleed through to the other page. Pencil works swell in this.
Cons
The pages are so lightweight now that it's silly to pay the premium for these sketchbooks. Made in china now and very poor quality. I really don't like this sketchbook and instead of using it for it's intended purposes, i just keep a log of my camera ... Read More
The new moleskin takes pen okay, but the paper is harsher. When i tried to put a light colour wash over the surface, the water reacted in a waxy manner. I hope moleskine goes back to its lovely cream-colored paper.

Also i have no even attempted to use watercolor on this paper since i am experienced with water colors and can tell that this paper will get either absolute destroyed by the water or it won’t hold the paint at all making it very hard to control
