This kit is a great introduction to molecular gastronomy. It's a really good intro if you just want to experiment and have some fun. This is a really cool product that has helped me elevate my culinary skill.

Cons

Droplets dissolve in water, large spheres dissolve in the bath, it's just a disaster. You are much better off just buying the few ingredients that are in the pack individually from other vendors and googling recipes for how to use them. There isn’t a ... Read More

All of the products worked well and were very high quality
