Pros

Although the beans are poisonous, the oil is beneficial. I spray the trouble areas then water it in. I especially enjoy it when i see mole mounds 3 properties away. Spray this with dawn and water around the yard perimeter every few evenings.

Used half a bottle in a 20x20 ft area. Got 3 new digger holes. I ram a broomstick down the mole hole as deep as it will go.

Cons

Moles are indestructible. The product possibly lessens the activity, but i am not even sure about that. Seems to be an ineffective deterrant.

Milky white spore. Messy to mix with dishwashing detergent. Ammonia works better.
