Great product for reasonable cost works as described used on an older model samsung tv that had limited hdmi slot split two devices which previously required swapping cables each time the device was watched

Plug it into hdmi port and no external power needed and it just works quickly switching from device to device as they are turned on or it can be done manually if devices are left on

To do this simply press the button in the center of the splitter until your preferred device is lit red

You can keep cables always plugged into all 3 ports of the splitter because the splitter wont read an input port until the other end is plugged into an active device

Two are not connected to a device

When i select input source on my tv it automatically sources my media player because even though all 3 inputs ports have hdmis connected my media player is the only device plugged in
