Excellent customer service. Awesome purchase and value for the money.

Cons

When using bluetooth, a lot of static…. But worked well when wired for about 4 months. Only lasted 3 months. Ended up returning after 2 weeks.

Both have issues pairing with phones. Will not recognize bluetooth connectivity. Pairing is a pain and you can’t walk away from your connected device or else it disappears.

Headphones are good when they work but about 2 months after we got them both stopped charging. I know now why these headphone are about half the price of similarly featured products. However, they are loud.
