Sizing seems to be one up from what you wear in clothes. Sizing chart is true to fit. Inches larger in the calf.
As a cancer survivor, my dr advised thigh high compression socks for flying. Since they are so long they also go over my foot so my toes just show. But that is an added bonus because my feet swell.
My upper thigh is 31 inches (loosely) they fit great! They fit all the way up my thigh. It fits like a second skin. Other than that it fits nice.
Cons
They have zero compression. The material is soft. Simply put, they are pathetic. They are useless to me.
This particular brand always slip below my knees in a couple hours. They fall down when you stand up and fall off when you walk. They only work if your laying still.
Such a bummer. What a waste of money. This is dumb and wrong. Not these.
