There is also a shoulder strap detachable so you can use it only if you want to and an extra zipinzipout liner for the main compartment

The first one had a defect where the right zipper to the top compartment started hanging and digging into the zipper fabric on the right corner such that i could foresee it eventually tearing the fabric

The bag is insulated but as with similar ones dont expect it to keep anything refrigeratorcold or justcooked hot for hours on end i doubt its even intended for that level of temperature preservation

It ships folded and compressed and opening and unfolding it initially it feels rather flimsy but once you start using it and it gets to its fully expanded shape its very much ok

I didnt send in for the warranty life just keeps getting in the way but it doesnt matter
