This means that if i need to turn up my walkie the sounds bleeds out at the base. This renderes it useless when i’m on set and we have to whisper communications while filming.

Solved this by cutting off the cushion part and adding an old silicone ear bud off another set of earphones

Dont cut off or get rid off the whole piece that fits on the end of the ear tube

Then i fit the ear bud over the piece left on the end of the tube

I did accidentally pully on it one day while reaching for something and realized i disconnected at the joint where the wires and the earpiece meet

Work provided an earpiece that had horrible sound and kept falling off my ear so i looked into different ear pieces for the walkie
