The oil in the product sits on top and doesnt get down into the skin so i would put the moisturizer on go about my morning business for ten or fifteen minutes and then id have to wipe the oil from my skin before putting on makeup for the day
This moisturizer which ive since found out pom has stopped making for exactly the issues i have with it seems to have a lot of good ingredients in it but it doesnt penetrate my skin very well
