Pros
This pad is great. Gives the already soft rug that extra cushion that's nice when it's on a hard surface. Everyone is a amazed of the difference (padded rug is so nice).
Very sturdy and a nice protection for my spc floors. Good pad for hardwood floors - just the right amount of cushioning. No sticky residue to harm the flooring.
This is perfect. Would definitely recommend to others.
Cons
Felt the same. Can’t get ahold of company for refund. The other two were just folded and in the box. False advertising on listing and on package itself.

Decided to not spend a ton of on a fancy rug and got a basic but still very cute thin 8x11 rug on wayfair for our deepgrooved tile floor

Delivery was prompt and i am very pleased with the pad
It arrived 3 days before christmas instead of 3 days after
It was delivered earlier than promised big plus
I ordered this rug pad late yesterday friday afternoon and it arrived early today saturday
Packaging/appearance
It came folded and there were no creases or anything that needed weighted down for days
Also it is made entirely of recycled materials so there was no offgassing when we took it out of the package
The smell of the pad when i first opened the package was terrible
Competitiveness
Added bonus the thicker pad in same size and from the same manufacturer was less expensive than the thinner pad
Irritated because for the price tag at learly 100 over 100 for the rugusa brand there should be better quality control
Otherwise its soft a bit less plush feeling than i expected but it was one of the cheaper ones i could find so i cant complain

Since no rug or no pad is perfectly cut we had to trim an inch or less on one side of the pad
