Pros
The cushions are removable and use velcro to hold them in place. The steel bracket that holds the chaise on is really neat, it ratchets the two parts of the couch together. Love the sectional.
The style is exactly what i wanted, and as advertised. The only negative is that the instructions could be a little clearer. It looks great, is sturdy, and really comfortable.
It has much of the sturdiness of a custom piece at 1/2 the price. No holes scratches or frays one year in!
Cons
Cushions are sinking and taking forever to puff back up.

I am very pleased with the look and quality of this sectional

The shipping guys were extremely helpful and courteous brought it right in the house went the extra mile
First lets say the window of shipping time was about a month
Packaging/appearance
I was also very happy with the delivery and the packaging
Im glad i had read prior reviews because my husband was ready to curse out the world thinking the legs were not in the packaging
Competitiveness
It has much of the sturdiness of a custom piece at 12 the price
My yorkies can jp up onto it for my morning prework snuggle

The material is almost like a fine tweed its not scratchy but it is not microfiber or anything very soft which you can kind of tell from the photos online anyway

It comes with a lot of wide velcro strips on the bottom of the cushions so they never even move and never even make a sound because the strips are so wide

Good looking unit but too firm to be comfortable for me and i was concerned about the longevity of the fabric nicely made but i ended up returning it
