Pros
It is a very light, flexible and maneuverable hose. The fittings do seem to be top notch.
This is a well made hose that will last through years of daily use. Connectors are high quality and seals well. No rust, no leaks.
The length is just right, the original hoses that come with new shower heads are always too short @ 5 '. The oblong end fit on my personal shower head and into the holder with no problems, no fuss. It installs quickly and easily.
The stainless steel on the hose is much smoother and the hose moves much better than the previous one i am replacing. This hose looks good and hangs very nicely without kinks or bends. Also has pretty chrome-like finish.
Cons
It starts leaking where the tubing is connected to the fitting. It lasts over a minute into a shower, and it's bad enough to make you feel like you're getting dirty instead of clean.

Handy for reaching anywhere in the tubshower

Good quality possibly better than the original waterpik hose we had and i definitely like having the extra foot of length
