Pros
This is less than a $100 investment to save thousands of dollars worth of food in your freezer. The pros are low cost ($85 july 2022) and excellent customer support. Stephanie, stephanie is great.

I like the fact that they are rechargeable. Troubleshoot and resolve an odd problem with my furnace thermostat.
If you have this in your bedroom so it alarms when your teenagers leave stuff open over night, it will wake you up. Alerting works well. I get lots of notifications on my phone each day and a single alert that my food is spoiling isn't enough.

Mocreo seems to have problems with their portal. What's the point of having an app that doesn't work with zero support? Hard pass on anything from this company in the future, literally junk.

Seems like a great product and the app is simple to operate
The app is great and works well with my iphone 12i placed the second sensor in the basement away from the boiler room
The signal goes through double pane glass a plastic screen over 100 feet of open space through an outside wall insulation and plasterboard
The thermometer does not have enough signal to be read while in any of the three freezers
Price
In summary at this price point 85 i think this is a great value and easily a 5 star product
Costwise this product is an excellent value
I cannot think of a single scenario where this would be worth even a fraction of the cost
I no longer fear leaving for a long weekend that i may return to hundreds of dollars in spoiled food and a huge mess

I sent an email to mocreo product support and received a prompt reply
Mocreo customer service helped me quickly troubleshoot the sensor and determined that a new sensor was needed and sent me one immediately
No data received in over 12 hours
I needed to replace an intermittent sensor and a replacement was sent within 24 hours even before my return was shipped
Packaging/appearance
No endless questions no packing up defective unit and sending it back just well make it right
Competitiveness
You can also improve signal quality by buying another mocreo hub or any generic zigbee signal repeater
The timetemperature charting is amazing can easily compare compressor on time and temperature slope of today vs a month ago etc
You could easily spend 23 times more on comparable solutions
In the meantime i ordered a different brand of sensors and tried the same thing with them

I have three home freezers they are not commercial nor are they heavy duty
