Pros

Has better suction, very easy to install. Gaskget out of duct tape so filter fits where it connects to the vacuum.

Our vacuum is only a year old, but we have a cat, a maine *, she is an indoor cat and sheds a lot. His mane alone is a border collie.

Cons

The filters make a high-pitched squealing sounds within a minute of starting the vacuum. The culprit is the round disc filter in the ball. It's like nails on a chalkboard and it's terrible!
