Buy whole-bean coffee and grind it right before each pot using a burr grinder. It's fast, hot, almost silent.

It's not worse, but it's not better, and just doesn't justify the price of $329. But mainly, the claim that the water comes out of multiple holes to more thoroughly soak the grounds is just not true.
