Works great for my meris enzo. Trs cable has 2 rings on the plug, and you need to use it if you want to communicate midi messages. Good quality connector. Handy and necessary component. Meris pedals take midi over trs.

As far as this midi converter is concerned it works great

She didnt understand how midi works and didnt know that 5pin din was used for audio all over europe up until a few decades ago

This however will not work for passive expression pedals

Price

Strymon makes a cable to do this but its expensive

Competitiveness

For anyone whos interested i discovered it does not work with the dynacord eminent emt and presumably not with the other eminent amps

I didnt want to spend more money on meriss midi io just to control the enzo so i bought this and it works like a charm
