Pros
It's surprising very comfy to hold. The fan isn't amazing but it does help.
The 4 triggers don't overlap when you press them (if you set your phone up correctly) the triggers are always tight and have a good feeling. The sliding function to adjust to different device sizes worked smoothly and easily.
This is the second mobile controller i've gotten since the first one was too small for my ridiculously big phone (black shark 3) i have a galaxy s10 plus and the holder grips my phone nicely. This controller works great with all versions of iphone.
Cons
The clicking and creaking noises coming from this controller are loud. Are too loud and unresponsive. It also messes with volume button.
The trigger throw is long and not as responsive as i like for a mobile shooter game. Not ideal for further targets. cheap design, same exact trigger breaks every time i buy one of these.
The screen protector doesn't work reliably. The arms extend down way too far on the screen and obstruct a good portion of the top of the screen.
The touch pad come off very easy. Why the middle ones protrude down further, i have no idea. The touch pads are only able to act as fingers that can tap. I'm not sure as to why they aren't tapping properly.
The grips are not wide enough to hold comfortably. It also causes my hands to cramp up from holding it. Yes, it's comfortable to use but the mechanics themselves don't make it worth it.

Price
This is the second controller i buy the first one lasted about 6 months using it everyday for the price was a lot of time
Packaging/appearance
Only paid 12 bucks and could tell why the first time out of the box
Only issue i had with it was the rubber pieces touching the screen
I do take a small issue with the additional buttons on the back as they do make it a little akward to set the contoller down but its minor

I feel like this is a new generation of pubg controller it works very smooth and holds my phone tight
