Update 10172017shortly after my previous update the blower stopped working the customer rep offered to send another battery

Update 102917all three batteries and the blower are working again the problem may be in the charger itself

Please note if you plug in the battery to charge it and all cables are secure but the light does not change to red unplug and reset as many times as needed

After trying the new battery they sent i attempted charging all three again and had to play with it several times to get it to start charging

I offered to pay for the third battery but they told me to keep it gets a thumbs up for customer service

It has trouble blowing leaves off grass so if you want to use this to replace your rake think again
