Pros

Repaired/replaced w/zero guff and profuse apologies. It has 3 different settings, and so far i've stuck with the lowest setting as i get used to doing it on my own. Comes with a manual booklet and guides you step by step.

I am an rn and from a medical standpoint how the product works to reduce wrinkles and in my case crepey skin. It gives you massage feeling. This helps drain the subcutaneous fat that gets melted with the rf.

The unit is a lot nicer than i was expecting. To me this device is awesome.

Moisturize with your favorite products after every treatment. Jury is still out on whether it's helping my acne. Main results were lifted cheekbones and jawline.

The product appears to work as intended when used properly. The results and effectiveness appear valid as well. She uses this religiously and the results show.
