Quality
This has transformed the quality of my life
It’s a little firmer than i’m used to but i’m sure this attributes to the quality of sleep i get
Packaging/appearance
Theres a little bit of smell after its taken out of the box
Check your package make sure its vacuum sealed not just stuffed in the bag
Competitiveness
I experience severe headaches muscle pain and noticed that my old pillows especially those from bigbox retailers made things worse
Woke up with alittle less pain in my neck and no headache so far good with neck support

Only drawback is i would need the pillow to be approx 12” higher for exact neck support so i have to find something small to put underneath or purchase another pillow with larger edge sizes for exact support

Minus one star because i do wake up with a very stiff neck often enough to justify using a different pillow every few nights

I think this might be because i move a lot during my sleep sometimes sleeping on my back and other times on my side and while the lower side of the pillow is great for back sleeping the taller side is too high i have the opposite problem with side sleeping

She would sleep with a cervical roll and while it helped it was awkward and didn’t help the snoring

This pillow is good just not as comfortable as regular pillow
