Pros

These shoes are so effective on dry or wet pavement that they drastically reduce my measured performance times in virtually every category. This is my third pair of mizuno wave creation, and these are literally the best!

New, naturally snug-fitting “knit” upper is an outstanding upgrade on a time-tested performer. The shoes are great, the new knit upper feels great. Taller shoe than the creation 19 because of higher sole and more at the back of the foot.

Definitely recommended. The only negative is the price approaching $200. I recommend buying a darker color as the white shoe will get dirty very quickly.

Cons
