Pros & Cons
Pros
It is extremely sharp, given its quality japanese craftsmanship. The knife is made superbly. A true gem.
The shape works really well for slicing and chopping. Cuts through any fruit or veg with ease. Handles tomatoes easily and laughs at other, firmer vegetables and fruits.
The miyabi kaizen line of knives has yet to disappoint me. It's an incredibly useful size that is a frequent go to instead of my often too-small paring knives. It is a work of art and makes me smile when i grab it out of my knife block.
Cons
It was sent in a scratched actual miyabl box that looked used. I have some of there bigger knives too, and they're much better for some reason, but i would definitely not recommend.
