Highlights
Quality
This product covers the light switch perfectly without interfering with the others
I live in an apartment and this is very helpful because theyre very bitchy about me playing around with the wiring in the wall
I was concerned with the strength of the magnet before ordering
For the price its not worth it but for the functionality it is
Packaging/appearance
Now the switch thats to be always left on for the ceiling fan doesnt get accidentally shut off all of the time
Competitiveness
Works perfectly on a decora switch as advertised
These were perfect and quick covers for switches we don’t use or shouldn’t use
So youve invested the money for smarthome automation
Couldn’t find only one of the other kind of cover for a comparable price

I bought this item to keep my child from turning on and off the light switch continuously

Great if you want to block a switch from being switched off when you use automated devices eg motion sensor triggers etc

The only thing is that when you accidentally hit it it moves off the switch so the magnets hold it on but not enough to keep it on without bumping it

But the physical switch must stay on for them to work

But keep in mind the magnet isn’t strong enough to use it for child proofing

I deliberately tapped on their sides to see if they would come off and they did not

Im convinced they will not fall off unless you intentionally take it off or knock it hard
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The only way to keep them connected is to not use the light switches
