Pros

It arrives hard as a rock but softens easily when fluffed. The body of the pillow is thick and provides a lot of cushion to relax on. It's comfy as well as firm.

It's amazing and for me, didn't take 24 hours to decompress into the pillow you see in the pic. The covers fit snugly, and the zippers worked just fine, the two pulls (for either direction) were very easy to grab and slide.

This plenty of pillow for most people. But this seems to be a good purchase! The seller also stands behind their product.

Cons

Head support is incredibly flimsy and flops around with every movement you make. The quality of the stuffing is just poor, so it doesn't give. The arms are limp and clumpy. Just fyi, walmart has a better quality product than this thing.

I only gave 4 stars because the picture showed a dark gray and i recieved a lighter bluish gray

This pillow arrives vacuum packed like nothing ive ever seen it was so small tight i thought no way

We kept it in the package for easy dorm move in

Its definitely been better than the smaller cheaply stuffed ones you see at walmart
