Pros

They're very smooth, make clear marks, and feel good to use. They are also easy to hold and smooth. Spend a little extra to get these over the cheap office store products.

Lead is soft enough to read dark without a lot of pressure, but stacked pages and closed notebooks don’t smudge. Holds a nice point without crumbling. Great for crossword puzzles.

Writes well, finish and stamping are flawless. Better than the overpriced blackwing. Using them for journal writing. They write smoothly.
