Pros
I have a cat who pees right outside, next to his litter box and the box is on a wood floor. Mostly from my cheeky 15 year old boy cat. Completely removed urine and odors after we 'well saturated' soiled carpet areas.
Uses carpet injector to get under the carpet. Works to eliminate spotting.
The dank urine-scent is finally gone. There is a slight scent, but it is hardly noticeable.
Cons
This is a few days after putting down the product. Pretty expensive stuff. Waste of money.

Usually we dab up the extra pee do a once over with the carpet cleaner then spray the spot with the anti icky poo and that will get rid of the odor

We thought wed have to remove carpeting padding drywall and subfloor because for many months one cat decided to make a rarely used game room his private litter box pee only

We did have to remove the stinky urine stained baseboard

If it removed all traces of urine odor and stains that may well be 6 or more months old it will remove both recent and old stains and odors
