Pros

Anti-ick-poo is miraculous! If you have a pet these products are a must. It works for cat pee!

It takes a little time to dissolve whatever is in the carpet. This wipes out the decomposing material with in a few hours.

Worked perfectly as a pretreatment to wood subfloor urine damage. I hope it saves my mattress. I only wish it was more readily available in stores.

Cons

I wound up destroying and/or discarding what i tried to treat. It's expensive, and they say you need to dilute it. I hate the smell of nature's miracle enzymatic product, but it works so much better than this product.
