Theres a pervasive problem with water filters and honestly more than a few other products here you either order a cheap knockoff thats probably poor quality or you shell out for the real deal and hope you actually get the genuine article and not a counterfeit

Also worth noting this particular brand is sometimes sold by home improvement stores so its not a flybynight company that just orders a bunch of crap filters and slaps a label on them and moves on to the next grift
