His goal in this popularized book is simply to bring people to his pessimistic outlook on the discipline. This book is so horrible. I've learned many of the answers to the shallow questions this guy asks.
Erhman admits to being a former evangelical christian/bible fundamentalist. He is just one more so-called ‘new atheist’ who recounts how he tried christianity but then his education showed him that it was all prattle.
He refuses to acknowledge that the hebrews took the commandment to teach their children literally.

Once youve read the bible and have the confirmation of the spirit you may gain insights as to why some of it is puzzling how errors may have crept in over the centuries and what scholars have done to try and avoid them
