Pros
The ux10 is like driving a ferrari on a race track. The blade isn't as wide as my previous knife of 15 years.
Swiss stainless steel (razor blade metal) has a rockwell hardness of 59-60. Lightweight, sharp, flexible. It’s razor sharp.
The blade itself is thin and this helps slice more easily. It is amazing for dicing tomatoes and such. This blade slices through vegetables and boneless meats cleanly and evenly.
Cons
The blade is very sharp but was over hardened. Buy it only for the beauty. Does not match the hype.

It’s quite plain flat on the sides with unrounded edges
