I had to return the first pair because the lay system failed when i pulled on it i really didnt pull out of that hard but it did pop off pretty easily when i received the new pair i probably tied anatomy and to keep me from doing that again they probably need to improve that part of the lace system but overall they do stay on well and they dont impair my movement too much amazing staying power to your feet
