The only downside was that the box it came in was a bit dented and the sticker was coming off i felt a bit embarrassed to give this as a gift but it ended up working out alright

I only use this for tracking sleep because android wear now wear os watches do not track sleep in any way that you can functionally use

This inexpensive little activity tracker is great seems accurate and easy to use once you read the directions

There is one downfall in the app is if freezes in the sleep tracking mode sometimes and you have to turn your off

Tracking seems to be consistent and accurate for daily step count and if you go to the app before a workout you can set it for a walk run or swim and it will track that specifically

It is not complicated 1000 steps are 100 points i have not checked on the walk run swim tracking

Oh runs on batteries so you dont need to charge it and the app will tell you to change your battery
