The crystal on this smartwatch's face cracked within the first two days of use. Has been replaced 3 times and all of them cracked within a week of opening.

vibration alert is very weak, and cannot be adjusted. Changeable color dot which indicates the type of notification is a factor of two too small.
The only way to wear this in any tolerable fashion is very loose. The design of the watch precludes you from buying third party straps that might look/feel/fit better. Despite being an activity tracker, this watch is very delicate.
Watch shattered after about a month while sleeping. At best, this watch is a c student. That is the bare minimum that i would expect from any watch. This watch is poorly made and has only lasted me a week before breaking.
