Pros
There is a black plastic shroud/gasket if yours is auto-dimming. Easy installation less then a minute to put on. One small complaint is that the mirror seems to fog/need cleaning often.

You sacrifice the auto dimming feature but for what you save vs purchasing the 200300 option plus my windows are tinted so no real bother for me

I have tinted windows and didnt notice that these oem mirrors were even autodimming until we accidentally cracked one

The original glass started to discolor and shattered

Is slightly smaller but if you centralized it properly you cant even tell

Just make sure is hot outside when installing it or have a heat gun
