After having used a few cast iron pans which ended up getting rusted chose to go for a ceramic pan and man was it the right choice food has the same flavour to be honest i feel it may be even better

The enamel coating has a tiny spot missing that it doesn’t cover on the bottom of the pan which bugs me aesthetically but hasn’t impacted the use of the pan although if i had bought it in a store i probably would have picked one that didn’t have that or exchanged after i notice but not worth the hassle of having to ship a heavy pan back

Pan is nice and heavy and after two years having to replace due to enamel finish it starting to pit
