Pros & Cons
Pros
The size is proper. Perfect for scrambling or frying up my morning eggs. I'm equipping a travel trailer that my two small dogs and i will be using in the future. I think they would be nice for omelets too if i could figure out how to make them.
The mirro pans have never been damaged or scratched. The outside and bottoms wear out noticeably, but the inside stays like new.
Cons
The pan has a curved underside, not the flat part that rests on the burner. I doubt it will be able to withstand high heat. Packaging says 10 year guarantee - but only if you never never put it on a stove.
Highlights
Quality
Four stars for this level of quality
I expect mirro to be the high quality product and have bought several mirro panspots over the years
Not of much quality id say but oh well im not too picky
Price
Cant go wrong and the price was very competative
I stayed away from this because the price was low
Not sure how they do it while others at three times the price cannot even come close
Competitiveness
In fact i use it more than my expensive circulon and i dont have to be as careful with how i treat it
Ive been pleased with mirro products which is why i tried this one
Mirro get a grip 8inch saute pan is a solid non stick very light with a soft easy grip handle
Not a bad pan just cheaper than the older version

This new pan is slightly lighter no surprise there and where the sides on the old one were gently sloped good for flipping eggs the new versions sides are angle up more dramatically leaving a corner of sorts at the bottom of the pan which is not desireable for egg flipping
