Pros
Works gently as advertised and is reasonably priced. The measuring cap is convenient for a quick measure of the amount. If it's your 1st time using make sure you’ll be home or at the very least near the bathroom for when it kids in.
Cons
Could taste it even after brushing my teeth. If ur taste buds are dead then that's great. Metallic taste. It is virtually tasteless in water.
Senna tablets work much better for me, and the cost of senna is quite low. This stuff is not a real laxative, it’s a stool softener.
