The only slight issue i have is that the cable is a bit loose and needs pushing in very well or it obviously wont work

The only negative is that it comes with a power cord that doesnt seem to fit the base unit correctly its too loose and keeps slipping out

First machine broke on 3rd use but company responded very quickly to my email and a replacement arrived within a couple of days

The only negative and the reason i didnt give it 5 is the fact that the power cable is loose it doesnt fit well at all
