Pros
Bought this as birthday present for my boyfriend. For the price, it is fantastic. Fast responses, excellent communication, and my problem was solved.
Cons
Very cheap material, not durable at all. A product defect should be replaced. The material of the bag is very so and the zipper is not quality one.

It is a good quality product for kids and teens once on it stays on so fit fit finish is fine

There is enough room in the pack for lunch and snacks

Storage is good you can keep the bladder in there or swap for a waterbottle
I love this backpackbeen using this for over 3years and still in good condition

The hose is not insulated so every sip starts off with a bit of warm water before the cold water from the bladder

Update aug 30 2021 i just realized that the bite valve on the tubing cannot be removed which posed a few problems for me it meant that the bite valve cant be replaced if i ever feel the need to and more importantly it made it a lot harder to get a cleaning brush through the tubing

The only way to get a cleaning brush in the tubing is to go through the end that connects to the bladder but that end also cant be removed and the opening is very small
