I had blotches and marks on my polished marble table from food apparently the acid in them etches marble and makes it hazy

This stuff doesnt remove food etching but it does put the factory polish back on top of 1000 grit sanded surface

I have had my marble coffee table for years now and have always cleaned with soap and water now with a toddler in the house i felt like it was not getting clean enough so i sprayed some lysol cleaner on it

We were surprised after spilling a crystal lite lemonaid drink that the marble was etched with what looked like pale water marks

We purposely etched a spare tile with the lemonaid drink only seconds are required for the etch to occur we then tried 3 other products to remove these marks
