Quality

I have had a sore throat and nasal passages since about 6 hours after using the product.

Even after the product dries and you can no longer smell it you will if you have open flames.

Price

However, sellers price is about $10 higher than home depot.

Do not let the price scare you-as advertised this stuff goes a ridiculously lonnnnnnnnnng way.

Packaging/appearance

Tested with water after sealing, and water does not penetrate into the stone anymore.

Competitiveness

Miracle sealer products are probably the best products on the market.

Very watery, small container, but goes a loooong way.

This stuff is almost absurdly expensive, but not having to grout again a year or two down the road makes it worth the price.

I had to reseal my shower glass walls due to the silicone peeling up from my travertine tiling.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

First of all, travertine is an awful material for showers (1st time homeowner mistake).

Once that was done/dry, i wiped on the sealer in 2 coats per the directions.

Product needs several coats on stone

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Manufacturer estimates 250 square feet per quart but that is evidently based on a single coat although the manufacturer specifies two coats applied one to three hours apart.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

With travertine i found that i needed 7 quarts for 900 square feet or about 130 feet of coverage per quart of the 511 sealer.

At $30 it is a complete and inexpensive solution that maximizes coverage of the sealer.

It's too early to tell whether or not this will last over time, but after the first coat water beaded up on the tiles.
