The fumes burn my eyes and the smell is everywhere despite open windows and fan. Label says potentially toxic--sorry i didn't read that before i used it.

Have used the miramatte enhancer from miracle sealants for several years on an outdoor stone patio
Since this tile is very pourous i sealed it outside prior to installation with three coats of pourous plus
This is important and many ignor this requirement and are unhappy with results on the end

It went on very quickly but took all day for the smell to reduce enough to close the windows
Packaging/appearance
Its pretty but the tiles looked kind of 34dull34
Really brought out the color in the tile yet not over bearing or glossy looking

Made our flagstone darker and richer in color without that shiny look
