These are the sharpest knives i've ever had. Never needed sharpening. They keep their sharpness and are my go-to knife.

The handle is comfortable and easy to hold and slice. The slightly curved handles feel great in the hands. More importantly, the edge is razor sharp.

Always missing one bought 8 first time. Mine seem to have disappeared over the years. Only reason i needed more is because 2 steak knives have been misplaced.

The only downside for us is they fit a little snugly in our pre-existing knife block due to the slight curve of the blade. By the way, i only reorder the steak knife set, they are fantastic.

But this is ridiculous. Seems like these are just cheap knock offs or the quality has really went down. They are very unsafe.
